 For select clients, Jim and Jeannette Bell offer their private estate for weddings and receptions. With a more relaxed pace and the feel of a private villa, the Bells open their facilities all day the day before your wedding for rehearsal and decorating, from 8:00 until 9:00 the day of your wedding, and the day after for picking up of personal items. Also included are their Wedding Coordinating Services [ learn more ]. May - Oct. 31, 2009, the facility fee is $4900 ($4400 for events with fewer than 100 guests). November, 2008 - April, 2009 the facility fee is $3200. This includes the two day use of the site, their wedding coordination services, all the cleaning fees and a parking attendant as well. There is an additional $5/person fee for furniture (ceremony chairs, dinner tables and chairs, umbrellas, cocktail tables and chairs, buffet tables, cake and hors d'oeuvres tables, etc.). We do offer discounts for weddings booked less than 6 months out or Monday - Thursday. Flying Cloud is not only able to accommodate your guests, but a live band or D.J. as well.
